About AHD Electrics
AHD Electrics is an electrician business in Ilkley run by Ahmad. It carries out domestic and commercial electrical work, including EV charger installations, consumer unit upgrades, partial and full rewires, lighting installations, outdoor and garden lighting, fault finding, and additional sockets and alterations.
The business works through WhatsApp. A photo or message describing the job receives a free quotation with details of what is included. Once agreed, Ahmad arrives as scheduled, completes the work neatly, tests it and leaves the place tidy.
EV charger installations are fitted on driveways and at workplaces. The cable is routed neatly, the unit is tested, and customers are shown how to use it before the team leaves. Consumer unit upgrades replace fuseboxes with modern RCBO boards for a safer supply. Rewires are planned around how the property is used, with rooms protected during work. Lighting installations include spotlights, pendants and feature lighting. Outdoor lighting covers garden spots, driveway lights and security lights. Fault finding addresses issues such as tripping circuits and flickering lights.
The business covers Ilkley and travels to other areas. Ahmad works with a colleague on larger jobs. Rooms are protected during work, and the team vacuums and sweeps before leaving. Testing is carried out at the end of each job before handover.
