About Ai Electrics
Ai Electrics is an electrician business in Swindon run by fully qualified and accredited installers. It carries out domestic and commercial work, including rewires, new circuits, extra sockets, lighting installation, consumer unit replacement, fault finding, electrical safety tests and electric vehicle charging point installation.
The listed services are EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) inspections, interior and exterior lighting design, smart lighting, EV charger installation with O-PEN fault detection, and circuit breaker diagnostics. The business helps homeowners and businesses upgrade their electrical systems to accommodate new technology and working from home.
Ai Electrics covers Swindon, Marlborough, Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Cricklade and Wroughton. Work begins with a site survey to assess the consumer unit, WiFi strength and preferred charger location. For EV installations, the business selects a compliant charger, fits it, runs cables neatly and configures the smart software. Testing and an electrical installation certificate follow. The business notifies the local Distribution Network Operator to ensure the grid can handle the extra load. All installations comply with UK wiring regulations BS 7671 and O-PEN safety requirements. The business states that online installers often use fixed pricing unsuited to individual homes and find it difficult to adapt installations to customer needs.
