About Alex Brewster Electrical
Alex Brewster Electrical is a family business established in Stirling in 1922, specialising in domestic, commercial and contract-based electrical services. It is located in the centre of Stirling and works across Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire, and throughout Scotland. Its website states that it has been an NICEIC approved contractor since 1983.
The team includes master electricians and apprentices, with administrative staff supporting each job from first call to completion. Commercial work ranges from factories to offices, and the firm also provides long-term electrical maintenance and support contracts for businesses, mainly industrial and commercial installations. The team's work is described as troubleshooting, installations and maintenance.
Since September 2022 the business has been led by Paul Giannandrea and Melanie, the son and daughter of former managing director Nicky Giannandrea. Paul has more than three decades with the company, having joined at the age of 16, and Melanie has 15 years of service. Its electricians are 18th edition electricians.
