About Artisan Electrics
Artisan Electrics is an electrician business in Cambridge run by Jordan Farley. It carries out domestic and commercial electrical work, including solar panel installation, battery storage systems, electric vehicle charging, consumer unit upgrades and electrical testing. The business also offers solar system design services for individual properties.
The listed services are solar photovoltaic systems, battery systems to store solar energy, smart EV charging that integrates with solar and battery systems, solar system design, electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) and consumer unit installations and upgrades. Work is carried out for homeowners and commercial premises across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.
Jobs begin with a visit to listen to what each customer needs, and the team explains what will be done and why throughout the work. The business aims to work tidily and respectfully, keeping disruption to a minimum. On commercial premises, customers are told about any reduction in energy supply while work takes place. Safety is stated as a priority for customers and the team.
Artisan Electrics was founded in 2016 and is an NICEIC Approved Contractor, an MCS Certified Installer and an HIES Accredited Member. Jordan Farley has run successful electrical businesses since 2007 and has worked on voluntary electrical projects internationally.
