About Boulter Electrical LTD
Boulter Electrical Ltd is an electrician business based in Ilkeston. It carries out domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations, including consumer unit upgrades, rewiring, socket and switch replacements, lighting design and installation, heating control systems, and security lighting. The business also installs EV charging points for homes and workplaces, burglar alarms, CAT5 and CCTV systems, and carries out electrical inspection and testing reports.
The business covers Ilkeston and areas throughout the East Midlands. Work begins with a free quotation. Boulter Electrical Ltd is a family-run business that has been trading for over 15 years. All work is completed and certified by the business, which is registered with NAPIT and with local authorities where required. The business is a member of the Trustmark scheme.
For EV charging installations, Boulter Electrical guides customers through the application process for government grants, including the Workplace Charging Scheme, and installs chargers in compliance with OZEV guidance. Electrical installation condition reports are provided for landlords, homeowners and businesses. PAT testing, emergency lighting testing and fire alarm system testing are also offered. The business leaves sites clean and tidy once work is complete, and most work comes through recommendations from existing customers.
