About Brambling Electrical Solutions Tamworth
Brambling Electrical Solutions is an energy assessment business run by Martyn Talbot from Tamworth. The business provides domestic Energy Performance Certificates for homes, landlords and property sellers. Martyn surveys properties, measures what needs measuring, and lodges the EPC certificate on the official government register within one to two working days. Energy efficiency advice is given once the survey is complete, explaining what improvements are worth spending money on and what represents a waste of time.
The business covers Tamworth, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Cannock, Burton and anywhere within a 20-mile radius. For properties further out, Martyn can discuss a fair price. A site visit takes 45 minutes to an hour for a normal three-bed house, and longer for bigger properties. Access to every room, the loft and the boiler is needed, but the homeowner may be absent during the assessment.
Martyn is accredited with Elmhurst Energy and holds an ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment. The business is fully insured for every job and Martyn holds a DBS check. Energy Performance Certificates are valid for ten years from the date of issue. The price quoted is the price paid, with free quotes available on request.
