CEI Electrical Services Ltd is an M&E contractor based in Southampton that has been trading for over 30 years. The business carries out electrical, mechanical, plumbing and heating work for public sector, private sector and domestic customers across the South Coast and throughout the UK.
Services include industrial lighting and power installations, commercial lighting design with smart controls, on-site maintenance for blue-chip clients, and public sector framework delivery for West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey County Councils. Domestic work ranges from full house rewires and consumer unit upgrades to EV charger installations and smart home systems. The business designs and installs heating and ventilation systems, gas pipework, plumbing, sanitary drainage and sanitary ware. Electrical testing and inspection reports are provided to ensure compliance with current regulations. Solar PV systems, EV charging installations and ground source heat systems are designed and installed. Fire alarm systems, security systems and CCTV are designed, installed and maintained.
Each project has a dedicated project manager from concept to handover, producing working drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and a snag-free completion. CEI is NICEIC approved with Part P registration, Gas Safe registered, and holds accreditation from ECS, CHAS and SafeContractor.
