About Circitas Ltd
Circitas Ltd is an electrician business in Farnham run by Justin Needham. It carries out domestic electrical installations including fault finding, house rewires, additional lights and sockets, consumer unit upgrades and electric vehicle chargers. Circitas is NICEIC approved and Part P registered.
The business works on elderly properties where remedial wiring is often needed. Faults found in older houses include original workmanship issues, exposed or vulnerable joints, open circuit cables, high resistance junctions at sockets or switches, inaccessible or faulty junction boxes, inadequate bonding, dangerous lack of earthing, incorrect cable rating, water damage to cables and rodent damage. Old DIY wiring alterations are also repaired. The services listed are lighting upgrades with LED lighting, socket outlets throughout the house, new circuits, extensions and kitchen works, garden lighting and sockets, and EICR reports for landlords and homeowners.
Circitas covers Farnham and works directly with customers or alongside small builders and DIY-ers. Justin Needham plans, fits and completes the paperwork for each job. Fixed quotes are provided for defined jobs such as consumer unit replacements where the survey has given all information needed. For remedial works in older properties, individual pricing is offered, and small jobs are charged at hourly rates plus materials. The business also fits wiring for garden rooms, garden offices and sheds.
