About Dearie & Co
Dearie & Co is an electrical business based in Ross-on-Wye. It carries out domestic and commercial electrical installations, including full and partial rewires, lighting and power alterations, consumer unit upgrades, electrical fault diagnosis and repair, and inspection and testing. The business also installs fire and heat detection, security and CCTV systems, data and communications points, underfloor heating, and outdoor lighting and power for buildings, walkways and gardens. Kitchen and bathroom installations are offered as part of renovation projects.
The business covers Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, the Wye Valley and Hereford. Dearie & Co is registered with TRUSTMARK and NICEIC. All electrical work complies with British Regulations and Standards including Part P Certification, and a validating certificate is provided on completion. The business specialises in period properties and listed buildings, and works for homeowners, offices, retail premises, sports facilities, leisure centres, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Ryan Dearie runs the business and uses experienced and qualified trades people rather than sub-contractors, so customers have one point of contact. For renovation and restoration projects, the business can project manage work and provide carpentry and small landscaping alongside electrical installations. Smoke, heat and CO2 detection alarms are supplied, and a follow-up service maintenance package is available through an accredited provider.
