About Emprose ltd
Emprose Ltd is an electrical contracting company based in Berkshire and trading since 1999. It carries out most of its work in London and the South of England, operating mainly in the commercial, industrial and development sectors, with domestic work as well. It describes itself as a family run business.
Its work supports main contractors, developers, fit-out specialists and end clients. The portfolio includes office fit-outs, shell and core, CAT A and CAT B refurbishments, new-build developments and infrastructure upgrades. The service covers design, installation, testing, certification and maintenance. Case studies on its site include The Gherkin and The Kodak project in Covent Garden.
Emprose has been with NICEIC since it started in 1999, and it employs its own team of electricians and engineers. It takes on at least one apprentice electrician every year. Managing Director Ian Curtis formed the company after more than 50 years in electrical contracting, Ryan Curtis is Contracts Director, having joined as an apprentice, and Dave Pearton is Services Director.
