About G Force (Ascot) Ltd
G Force (Ascot) Ltd is a martial arts school in Ascot run by Joel Royston as head instructor and owner. Classes are offered for Titans aged 4 to 6, Juniors aged 7 to 12, Adults aged 13 and over, and Ladies Only classes for ages 18 and over. G Force Ascot is part of a larger G Force network founded by Gordon Burcham, which has a 25 year history of martial arts training. The school is supported by qualified instructors, junior instructors, trainee instructors and junior leaders. New members can book a free trial class to experience the programme.
The business is based at Sunningdale Village Hall in Ascot. Classes teach focus, concentration and discipline through physical movements and mental techniques. The school emphasises friendship and community, hosting social events and creating a sense of camaraderie among students. Adults can use martial arts training to manage stress, improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and coordination, and develop self-defence skills. The school welcomes anyone regardless of background, abilities or fitness level.
