About Gault Electrical Solutions Ltd
Gault Electrical Solutions Ltd is an electrician business based in Alloa, run by Neil. It is NICEIC Approved and fully insured, carrying out domestic, industrial and EV charger installation work across Clackmannanshire, Stirling and Central Scotland.
Domestic services include consumer unit upgrades, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), landlord certification, fault finding, additional sockets and lighting, and smoke alarm installation. The business upgrades older fuse boards to modern RCD-protected consumer units and provides straightforward EICR reports with practical recommendations. Homeowners are advised to have an EICR around every ten years, while in Scotland private landlords are legally required to have one at least every five years.
Industrial work covers MCC panel building, modification and maintenance, three-phase power distribution, ATEX and hazardous area installations and inspections, motor winding and VSD commissioning. The business carries out periodic inspection and testing for industrial installations with full documentation provided.
EV charger installation includes home and workplace charge points, with DNO notifications handled by the business. Charger brands fitted are Ohme, Hypervolt, Simpson and Partners, and Andersen. The business handles the sizing and siting of chargers and provides a clear quote after photos of the fuse board, parking and cable run are sent in advance. All work is certified to current wiring regulations, and free quotes are provided before any work begins.
