About GLO Electrical Services
GLO Electrical Services is an electrician business in Blackwood run by Nathan. It carries out domestic electrical work across Caerphilly County Borough, Merthyr Tydfil, Blaenau Gwent and surrounding areas. Nathan has over 10 years of experience in the industry and works on every job from the first phone call to completion.
The services listed are full and partial rewires, fuse board and consumer unit upgrades, indoor lighting including downlights, pendants and wall lights, outdoor and security lighting for gardens and patios, extra sockets and USB sockets, dedicated circuits for cookers and showers, fault finding and repairs, mains-powered interlinked smoke and heat alarms, and wiring for kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and loft conversions. Recent work includes a full rewire in Newbridge with wall lights and outside lights fitted as part of the job.
Jobs start with a visit to discuss the work and understand the layout of each room. Nathan plans the routes room by room and replaces wiring back to the fuse board, making good as he goes. Circuits are designed for the layout the customer lives in. Outdoor-rated cable and fittings are used for garden and security lighting to withstand Welsh weather. All work is tested before Nathan leaves the property. Free quotes are offered, and customers deal with Nathan throughout rather than call centres or subcontractors.
