The team of ten electricians includes Patrick Morris as lead electrician with 15+ years across domestic, commercial and industrial work. Other specialists cover EV chargers and solar battery integration, EICR testing for landlords and letting agents, commercial LED lighting and three-phase supplies, smart home installations and data cabling, new build and extension work, agricultural and heritage properties including listed buildings, and fault finding with out-of-hours response.
Work is carried out to BS 7671 standards and Part P Building Regulations, with full certification issued in-house. A three-bedroom house rewire takes five to seven working days and includes a new consumer unit with RCBOs and new PVC cables throughout. The business provides free surveys, and responds to enquiries within one to two hours on business days. Grants Electrical Solutions holds £10 million public liability insurance and is CHAS accredited. It covers Newton Abbot, Exeter, Torquay, Plymouth, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Totnes and all areas across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
