About Harridge Electrical Contractors
Harridge Electrical Contractors is an NICEIC Approved electrical contractor based in Rochdale, with 26 years' experience working across Greater Manchester and the North West. Commercial work is the core of the business: office and retail fit-outs, industrial units, and contracts for schools, colleges and the public sector. The firm is also MCS certified for solar and renewables.
Every job is delivered to the current 18th Edition regulations, fully tested, certified and documented. Services include complete commercial installations and fit-outs, distribution boards and three-phase power, commercial and emergency lighting, public-sector work planned around term time and the working day, MCS-certified solar PV and battery storage, electrical installation condition reports and testing, EV charge points on dedicated circuits, new installations for refurbishments and extensions, full or part rewires, and consumer unit replacements.
Harridge Electrical Contractors covers Rochdale, Heywood, Castleton, Middleton, Littleborough, Milnrow, Newhey, Wardle, Smallbridge, Norden, Bamford and Whitworth. Commercial work is planned around business operations, with out-of-hours and phased working to keep downtime to a minimum. The firm works alongside other trades on larger projects. Dust sheets are used, cables are laid straight, walls are made good and rooms are left cleaner than when work started. The business is fully insured and holds Part P registration for self-certification.
