The services listed are full installations including rewiring, extra sockets, kitchen installations and outside lighting, fault finding and repairs, and electrical testing. Lighting and switches, cooker installations, downlighters and outside sockets are also fitted. The business carries out EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) for landlords and homebuyers, with reports issued the following working day by email.
Fault finding is offered when circuits keep tripping or fuses are blown. All engineers are qualified to BS7671 standards and hold City and Guilds Level 2391 certification in inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations. They carry fully calibrated test and tool kits and have trained to the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
Ian Masters Electrical covers Salisbury and surrounding areas. EICR prices start from £100 plus VAT for a one-bed property up to ten circuits, with higher rates for larger properties. Negotiable prices are available for landlords and letting agents with multiple properties. Access can be arranged through estate agents if required, and the business can contact tenants or letting agents to arrange suitable times. A quotation for any remedial works is provided with the report. The business has over 35 years experience in the electrical industry.
