About ICA Electrical Contractors Limited
ICA Electrical Contractors Limited is an electrical contracting business based in Horsham. It carries out domestic and commercial electrical work, including new build projects, across the South East. The services listed are rewires, extensions, renovations, garden lighting, decorative fittings, new face plates, lighting controls and extra sockets for homes. For new builds, the business designs, builds and installs electrical systems for housing schemes, one-off design and build properties and major house builder developments, and it provides after-build customer care during warranty periods. Commercial work includes new lighting and circuit protection in agricultural settings, warehouse refits, premises revamps for hairdressing chains, planned maintenance such as lamp replenishment in retail premises and offices, and new emergency lighting installations to BS5266 standards with periodic test and inspection reports.
For landlords and letting agents, ICA undertakes electrical installation condition reports and periodic test and inspections to ensure properties meet safe electrical standards, and it checks that smoke alarms are working. The business also carries out planned maintenance such as checking lighting and timers in communal areas.
ICA Electrical Contractors Limited has been registered with NICEIC for over 15 years and is an approved NICEIC contractor. It holds annual assessments to demonstrate compliance with current BS 7671 wiring regulations. The business works for housing developers, local authorities, private sector companies and local Horsham businesses.
