About Ideal Electricians Ltd
Ideal Electricians Ltd is an NICEIC approved contractor based in Dagenham, run by founder Mizan since 2011. The business answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across London, Essex and north Kent for emergency work. It carries out domestic and commercial electrical work, from single sockets to full rewires, fuse board upgrades, cooker installations, outdoor lighting, smoke and heat alarms, and storage heater work. Fault finding and repairs cover tripping breakers, dead circuits and flickering lights. The business also provides electrical installation condition reports for landlords and letting agents, PAT testing for offices and shops, and fixed wire testing and emergency lighting for commercial premises.
Work is charged by the hour with a minimum of one hour, and customers hear the rate before the electrician sets off. A rough estimate is given before work starts. Every job is tested, certified and notified under Part P, so notifiable work is registered with building control by the business. Mizan holds City and Guilds Level 3, the 18th Edition wiring regulations award and the EAL inspection and testing qualification. The business is fully insured. Plastering and decorating are left to other trades, and the business says so at the start rather than at the end.
