Integral Electrical Services Ltd is a manufacturer of temporary power distribution equipment based in West Bromwich. The business makes distribution boxes, mains distribution panels, automatic change over panels, event distribution units and socket assemblies for construction, infrastructure, events and festivals. Products include IMST thermoplastic enclosures, mains distribution units with current ratings from 16A to 800A, switchboards up to 3200A, transformer panels, portable boxes, control panels and cable assemblies such as PowerLock cables.
The business designs and manufactures distribution boards from most materials to meet individual customer specifications. IMST enclosures are made from PC/ABS thermoplastic, certified and tested to IEC/EN 62208, with halogen-free construction, high impact resistance, high thermal stability, high dielectric strength and chemical, corrosion and UV resistance. Mains distribution units are supplied in crash frame format with fork pockets or free standing on steel legs, manufactured to IP55 as standard in mild stainless steel or GRP construction.
All units are fully tested prior to dispatch to ensure compliance with BS7671 and are issued with full test certification. The business offers a check and retest service if needed. An in-house design service provides made to measure equipment for temporary power needs, and customers can obtain information and assistance from an engineer from initial enquiry through to dispatch.
