About JT Electrical Installations
JT Electrical Installations is an electrician business based in Teignmouth. It carries out domestic and commercial electrical work, including complete rewiring, new installations, socket and lighting installation, external and garden lighting, kitchen and bathroom installations, and electrical fault finding. The business also provides electrical safety inspections, testing and certification, landlord certificates for electrical safety, portable appliance testing, and gas safety checks using Gas Safe approved engineers.
The business covers Teignbridge, Torbay, Exeter and surrounding areas across Devon. Work begins with a visit to inspect the property and discuss requirements, followed by a written quote. JT Electrical Installations is NICEIC registered and uses Gas Safe approved engineers for all installations, testing and maintenance. Justin Thomas is the owner, an electrician with over 20 years experience. The team includes Will Fisher, an apprentice electrician and carpenter, and Adam, a plumber, gas engineer and general builder. All electrical work is tested and certified on completion. The business carries out electrical installation condition reports, minor works certification, emergency lighting certification, and portable appliance testing. Part P Building Regulations compliance is provided through NAPIT self-certification. Landlords and tenants use the business for combined gas, electrical and smoke alarm inspections in a single visit.
