About LJB Contracts
LJB Contracts is a family-run electrical business based in Rickmansworth, trading since 2005. The firm carries out domestic, commercial and industrial electrical work, including rewiring, new lighting, additional sockets, EV charger installation and electrical safety inspections for landlords. A team of 20 fully qualified electricians works across Rickmansworth, Watford, London and the South-East.
Jobs begin with a visit to discuss requirements or to inspect the property. The business offers periodic inspection reports, homebuyer's certificates and landlord's certificates. All work is carried out in accordance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and the guidelines of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. The firm is NICEIC registered, MCS approved and ECA approved, and holds public liability and employers liability insurance. All work is tested and certified.
LJB Contracts operates a 24-hour emergency call-out service and works for landlords and property management companies. Around 75 per cent of the business comes from repeat customers. Free quotes are offered for EV charger installation.
