About Luis Electrical
Luis Electrical is an electrician business in Sudbury run by Luis Boggis. It carries out new installations, fuseboard upgrades, fault finding, PAT testing, periodic inspections, decorative and security lighting, heating controls and electric heating systems. The business also provides landlord certificates and electrical installation condition reports for rented properties, and arranges call-outs for maintenance and emergencies.
Luis has been an electrician since 2002 and trained at West Suffolk College to gain City and Guilds qualifications. He holds an EAL diploma in test and inspection and has completed recent electrical courses covering current regulations. Luis is a member of NAPIT and is registered with TrustMark and the Electric Safe register for electricians. The business is fully insured.
Luis Electrical covers Sudbury, throughout East Anglia and Suffolk. For landlords and estate agents, the business carries out electrical testing and provides periodic inspection reports to identify deficiencies in existing installations against BS 7671. Reports reveal overloaded circuits, electrical shock risks, fire hazards, defective DIY work and lack of earthing or bonding. The overall assessment describes the condition as satisfactory or unsatisfactory, and remedial work is arranged where needed. Luis also supplies landlords with maintenance for their properties and provides contact details for regular servicing and emergency call-outs.
