The business also works alongside Mittens Plumbing and Heating on linked projects including heat pump installations, underfloor heating systems, heating system upgrades and heating controls, carrying out the electrical side as part of a coordinated service.
Landlords and letting agents use the business for EICRs, remedial works, repairs, fault finding, lighting replacements, consumer unit upgrades and ongoing electrical maintenance. The business provides fast turnaround on inspections, reports and remedial works for occupied and vacant properties. Tripping circuits, power loss, damaged sockets and lighting problems are diagnosed and repaired. LED upgrades, replacement fittings and internal and external lighting work are also carried out.
