About Needhams Electrical
Needhams Electrical is an electrician business in Congleton run by James Needham. It carries out electrical inspections, fault finding and repairs, sockets and lighting, new circuits, consumer unit upgrades, full and partial rewiring, extensions and renovations, and outdoor and outbuilding electrics for homes, commercial premises and rental properties.
The services listed include electrical inspections with a written condition report, fault finding for tripping circuits, lost power and faulty lights or sockets, new sockets and lighting, consumer unit replacements with circuit checks and testing, full and partial rewires planned around finished rooms and other trades, electrical work for extensions and kitchens, and power and lighting for garages, garden rooms, workshops and outdoor areas. Commercial work covers installations, alterations, repairs and new circuits for shops, offices and workshops. Landlords and letting agents use the business for inspections, remedial work and tenant-reported repairs.
Needhams Electrical covers Congleton, Cheshire, North Staffordshire and nearby parts of Greater Manchester. Work begins with a visit to discuss the job, and a quotation records the work, price and exclusions. Work areas are protected and left tidy at completion. New and altered electrical work is inspected and tested before completion, and the electrical certificate or condition report is supplied at completion.
James Needham has 15+ years in the electrical trade. He holds an ECS Gold Card with JIB Approved Electrician grading. Needhams Electrical is fully insured.
