About North Group
North Group is a family-run electrical business based in Sleaford, established in 2019 by brothers Liam and Lewis. The firm provides domestic, commercial, agricultural and industrial electrical services, alongside renewable energy installations including solar panels, battery storage and electric vehicle charging stations.
Domestic work covers rewiring, consumer unit upgrades, new lighting and home improvements for homeowners and landlords. Commercial services include LED lighting, emergency lighting systems, electrical installation condition reports, fire alarm systems, door entry systems, air conditioning installation and maintenance, and PAT testing. Industrial projects span machinery installation, safety inspections and work in hazardous environments such as biogas plants and concrete works. Agricultural customers receive 24/7 support for farm electrical systems, from machinery to air conditioning units.
North Group covers Lincolnshire and provides services nationwide. The team has grown from two to eleven staff members and holds combined experience of over 70 years. Work begins with a site visit and written proposal outlining scope, materials and specifications. The business is accredited by NICEIC, MCS, RECC and CompEx. It is fully insured and carries public liability cover. Bookings are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend and bank holiday work arranged for an additional fee. Existing customers receive a 24/7 emergency call-out service. The majority of work comes from returning customers and word-of-mouth recommendations.
