About POC Electrical
POC Electrical is a family-run electrician business based in Liverpool. It carries out domestic and commercial electrical work, including installation of new sockets and lights, outside lights and power, fuse board upgrades, fault finding and home automation. For commercial customers, the business offers testing and fault finding, lamp replacement, lighting upgrades, fire alarm testing and emergency light testing. Landlords can request CO2 detector installation, PAT testing and appliance replacements.
The business covers Liverpool, St Helens, Wirral, Crosby, Widnes and surrounding areas. POC Electrical has been trading for over 20 years. All electricians are qualified and hold current CRB checks. The business is a NICEIC member. Free estimates are offered for domestic work.
Domestic jobs include rewiring, consumer unit upgrades, remedial works and emergency call-outs. The business carries out EICRs, which establish the overall condition of all the electrics in a building and state whether it is satisfactory for continued use. Building Compliance Certificates, also called Part P certificates, confirm that work complies with Building Regulations. Electrical Installation Certificates are issued for new installations, alterations and extensions to existing circuits.
