It has traded for over 15 years and carries out domestic and commercial electrical work for homeowners, landlords, letting agents and businesses across Reading, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Wokingham, Bracknell and surrounding Berkshire areas.
The services listed are electrical installation condition reports (EICR) for landlords and homeowners, consumer unit upgrades, EV charger installation, partial and full rewires, fault finding, new sockets and switches, indoor and outdoor lighting, security lighting and electrical maintenance. The business is OZEV approved for EV charger installation.
Work begins with a visit to assess the property and discuss requirements, followed by a clear, fixed quotation. SEB Electrics carries out testing and certification to UK wiring regulations and British Standards. Consumer units are upgraded to modern RCD-protected units that meet current regulations. Rewiring covers older properties, renovations and extensions where existing wiring requires replacement. EV charging points are installed at residential and commercial properties with site assessment, installation, testing and certification included.
Free quotes are available. Landlords receive EICR certificates and consumer unit upgrades for rental properties. The working area is left tidy after each job.
