About Simon Christopher Electrical Ltd
Simon Christopher Electrical Ltd is a team of electricians based in Sale, Manchester, established in 2014. It has grown from a single operation to a team of qualified and apprentice electricians and is a NICEIC Approved Contractor.
The services listed are domestic and commercial electrical installation, new build installation, complete and partial rewires, CCTV systems installation and maintenance, fire alarm systems, fault finding, intruder and burglary alarm systems installation and maintenance, electric vehicle charging points, and electrical installation condition reports. Fault finding includes an initial inspection of fixtures and fittings to check for loose connections, signs of burning or dampness, followed by an in-depth electrical fault-finding test using calibrated electrical test equipment if needed. Electrical installation condition reports are a formal document produced after a comprehensive assessment of the electrical systems within a property. Since April 2021 it has become a legal requirement for all tenanted properties in England to have a valid EICR, which lasts for five years.
The business covers Altrincham, Timperley, Sale, Hale, Stretford, Bowden, Lymm and all areas of South Manchester and Cheshire. Simon Christopher Electrical opened a showroom office on a busy road in Sale in August 2021. The owner, Simon Dunn, has been providing electrical services for the local area, and Louise Dennis works as office manager.
