About Snelling Electrical
Snelling Electrical is Jack Snelling, a qualified electrician working from Dalgety Bay and covering Fife and Edinburgh for domestic and light commercial work. Jack answers his own phone, quotes every job himself and carries out the work personally, signing off each certificate. The business covers EV charger installation for Hypervolt, Zappi and Ohme models, fuse board and consumer unit upgrades, full and partial rewires, indoor and outdoor lighting, garden lighting, electrical installation condition reports and landlord certificates, interlinked smoke and heat alarms to the Scottish standard, and 24/7 emergency call-outs for power loss, tripping circuits, burning smells or dead sockets.
The business works across Fife and Edinburgh, including Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Inverkeithing, Rosyth, Cowdenbeath and the coastal towns, with Perth on the edge of the coverage area. Every job is certified to BS 7671, the current wiring regulations. Jack quotes the job, does the work and signs off the certificate himself, with sheets down and walls made good so customers can continue living in the home during the work. Most single-day jobs are completed within the week. Snelling Electrical is insured and holds a 4.8 rating on Google from 26 reviews. EV chargers are fitted from £900, fuse boards from £700, and landlord EICRs are priced at £200.
