About States Electrical
States Electrical is an electrician business covering Manchester and surrounding areas within around a 30-minute drive of Manchester. It carries out domestic electrical work including lighting, extra sockets, consumer unit upgrades, electrical installation condition reports and fault finding. Commercial services cover reactive call-outs and planned electrical work for shops, offices, landlords and HMOs.
The business is NAPIT registered and offers 24-hour emergency call-outs. Jobs start with a visit to assess the work, or customers can send a photo of the consumer unit or the job via WhatsApp for a free quote. The business supplies materials or fits customer-supplied items. Recent work includes LED downlights, bathroom lighting, consumer unit installations and commercial LED lighting installations.
States Electrical works for homeowners, landlords, HMOs and commercial premises. Emergency call-outs are available round the clock, with Monday to Friday calls before 2pm charged at £80, and calls after 2pm and out-of-hours charged at £120, with the first hour of labour included and then £50 per hour plus materials. Free quotes are provided, and cash is preferred, though bank transfer and payment links are accepted.
