Tectonic Digital Systems Ltd is an electrical contractor based in Eastbourne, founded in 1989 by Nigel May, the managing director. The business provides electrical services, TV aerial and satellite installation, data and fibre cabling, home automation, lighting, CCTV, access control, solar and battery storage, and EV charging to domestic and commercial customers across East Sussex. It also undertakes installations, fault finding, repairs, maintenance, estimates and an out of hours emergency service.
Domestic electrical work includes additional power sockets, lighting points, fuse board upgrades, rewires, cooker points, electric showers, garden power and lighting, LED lighting, heating control, fire alarms, smoke alarms and security lighting. Commercial and industrial installations are also carried out. Data cabling services cover copper and fibre optic installation, fusion splicing, cable identification, fault location and wireless point-to-point links. WiFi access points are offered for internal and external connectivity in homes and offices. CCTV estimates, installations, fault finding, servicing and maintenance are provided. Solar PV and battery storage maintenance and repairs are carried out regardless of the original installer.
Tectonic is NICEIC registered and an Approved Contractor with Domestic Installers status. Engineers are MCS certified for solar PV and battery storage. The business is a TrustMark member and holds JIB gold card approval. Electrical installation condition reports, PAT testing, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems are offered.
