The company is run by founding directors Gordon Holmes and James Riley, who have 38 years of industry experience between them. The business carries out electrical design, installation, repair and maintenance work across multiple sectors.
For commercial clients, Trent & Derwent designs, installs and maintains electrical systems in schools, churches, office buildings, student accommodation and care homes, including work in modern and listed buildings. Services include office refurbishments, data and network cabling, lighting and emergency lighting, fire alarms, surge protection, electrical installation condition reports and consumer unit upgrades. The team is NICEIC qualified and works to current electrical legislation and safety standards.
Domestic work covers kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, full rewiring of occupied properties, consumer unit upgrades, fire prevention alarm systems, electric heating systems and call-out cover for breakdowns.
