About Wyman Electrical Contractors Ltd
Wyman Electrical Contractors Ltd is an electrical contracting business based in Colwyn Bay, serving North Wales. It carries out new build installations, rewires, consumer unit upgrades, EV charger installations and electrical installation condition reports (EICRs).
New build work covers electrical installations for new homes and housing developments, from first fix and second fix through to final testing and handover. Rewires are offered as full or partial property rewires, with the scope planned around the home, renovation and future electrical needs. Consumer unit upgrades replace existing fuse boards with modern consumer units, including assessment of the installation and testing on completion. EV charger installations are assessed for the electrical supply and charger requirements of each property and vehicle. EICRs are provided for homeowners and landlords, with clear findings and advice on any remedial work.
The business works with housing developers, homeowners and landlords across North Wales. Jobs begin with a phone call or email describing the location and work needed. A site visit is arranged where needed to prepare a quote. Once the scope and quote are agreed, a suitable date for the work is arranged.
