About Modern Electrical Contractors Ltd
Modern Electrical Contractors Ltd is a family-run electrical contracting business established in 1986. The company carries out electrical installations for retail stores, from single refurbishments to roll-out programmes for large multi-store retailers. Services include lighting installation, emergency lighting, mains and distribution installation, fire alarm installation, data cabling, and testing and inspection.
The business works directly with clients or shop-fitting contractors across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. Engineers visit sites to liaise with site managers and other tradespeople from concept to completion. Modern Electrical Contractors Ltd is NICEIC approved and fully accredited with CSCS, IPAF and PASMA schemes. All work is completed to applicable legislative requirements and health and safety standards. The team undertakes installation contracts of significant size and value, supported by continuous investment in staff, training and equipment.
