About Staffway Electrical
Staffway Electrical is a family business based in Newhaven, now in its third generation of the Oatway family. The business was started by Graham in 1964 with an engineering and marine background, developed by Alan for over 30 years, and is now run by Aidan as lead electrician. The domestic services listed are electrical faults, lighting installation and repairs, consumer unit upgrades and electric showers. Commercial work includes electrical installations, emergency lighting, portable appliance testing, data cabling, wiring containment, distribution board upgrades and single and three phase work.
Staffway Electrical covers Brighton and Hove, Lewes, Newhaven, Seaford and Eastbourne, with a service area extending across the region to Hastings, Crawley, Horsham and Worthing. The business carries out installations, maintenance and repairs for homes and commercial premises of all sizes. Free estimates are available. Aidan trained through an apprenticeship scheme with his father Alan, gaining his City and Guilds AM2 qualification, and then worked as a maintenance electrician and electrical supervisor at Lewes Prison for five years before joining the family business. The business has traded for over 30 years and works with clean and tidy practices on every job.
