About Sussex Rewire
Sussex Rewire is an electrician business in Newhaven run by NICEIC approved electricians. The business specialises in house rewiring, full and part rewires, and general electrical work including fault finding, repairs and maintenance on electrical installations. Services listed are additional sockets and switches, lighting with down lighters and spotlights, consumer unit changes and upgrades, new circuits for lofts extensions and conservatories, garden electrics, earthing upgrades and earth bonding for water and gas, kitchen and bathroom electricals, CCTV and intruder alarms, smoke heat and carbon monoxide alarms, testing and certification, home automation, computer network and data cabling, portable appliance testing, electric vehicle charge points, and electrical inspection condition reports. Sussex Rewire is an OLEV and OZEV approved installer and grant provider, and also offers EV charge point repair.
The business covers Sussex. Work begins with a free consultation to discuss needs, followed by a visit to evaluate existing wiring and provide a detailed quote. Once the quote is approved, rewiring is scheduled at a time that suits the customer. After rewiring, checks and safety tests are conducted, and a final walkthrough takes place with handover of documentation. The business has traded for more than 25 years. An advance notification system texts customers with the expected arrival time once booking is confirmed.
